Join the Downtown San Diego Lions Club for a special luncheon presentation by Katy McDonald, President and CEO of Forever Balboa Park.

Katy will share more about Forever Balboa Park and its work supporting one of San Diego’s most treasured public spaces. Guests will have the opportunity to learn more about the organization, its connection to Balboa Park, and the ongoing efforts helping preserve and enhance the park for future generations.

With more than 30 years of executive nonprofit experience, Katy has held leadership roles with organizations including the San Diego Symphony Orchestra and The San Diego Museum of Art. Today, she leads Forever Balboa Park during a period of significant growth and investment, including projects such as the Central Gardens revitalization and recreation of the historic pergola.

Through stewardship, community engagement, volunteerism, and long-term investment, Forever Balboa Park continues working to keep the park vibrant, resilient, and accessible for generations to come.
