Join the Downtown San Diego Lions Club for a special luncheon presentation featuring Tom Larwin, sharing the history of how the San Diego Trolley got its start.

A Chicago native, Tom has called San Diego home for over 50 years. In 1976, he joined the San Diego Metropolitan Transit Development Board (MTDB) as the agency’s Director of Planning. In 1979, he was promoted to General Manager, a position he held until 2003.
